La Pasadita opened its doors in Gainesville in 2012 with a simple goal: to bring authentic, made-from-scratch Mexican food to our community. More than a decade later, that's still exactly what we do. Our recipes are rooted in tradition — the tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, bistek and mariscos you'll find here are prepared the real way, with quality ingredients and the kind of care that turns a meal into a memory.
